As an educator, Pedro hopes to inspire students to explore their innate creativity and develop their skills. Pedro is know for being patient and addressing students needs and any level.


Jennifer Borowski, Studio Assistant
Jennifer started at JunkPot Studio in September 2022, never had touched clay before, and was immediately hooked and found her purpose! Jennifer's background is in hospitality industry with a degree in pastry arts.

Mary specializes in functional ceramics designed to enrich daily life. She believes that handmade objects ground us in the present moment, adding a sense of personal expression and quiet beauty to everyday routines.

Greg Cochenet
Greg’s sculptural vessels capture the tension between rural traditions and urban expansion, evolving as reflections of this transformation rather than reactions to it.
His work has been exhibited in galleries and exhibitions across the United States.

Christian Collins, Studio Assistant
Christian makes functional pottery using both stoneware and porcelain – primarily firing his pots in wood and salt kilns. His pots include pattern and layering techniques that create depth in surface and texture. Feeling a deep connection to making pots throughout all stages, Christian’s work is influenced by material and firing processes.

Elyse Cote
Elyse has shown her work in many juried shows as well as group exhibitions. Although she no longer dances, she continues to bring that physicality to her delicate hand-built objects and the painted canvas, combining the aesthetic of her choreography with faceted vessels and gestural abstraction.

Susan Dane
Using ceramics, textiles, and drawing in a contemplative practice, repetitive actions of making forms and marks provide entry into a creative states. I seek to transmit a version of these states to the viewer-listener-participant.
